Quigley’s Arrangement of ‘Steal Away’ a Highlight of Reginald Mobley’s New Album “Because”

BBC Music Magazine and the Miami Times both put a spotlight on Patrick Dupre Quigley’s arrangement of the spiritual Steal Away, sung by Reginald Mobley on his new solo album ‘Because’. The BBC says “his beautifully soft rendition of ‘Steal Away’ perhaps tugs most powerfully at the heartstrings, heightened by Patrick Dupre Quigley’s introspective arrangement based from start to finish around a pulsing pedal note,” while the Miami Times says “Mobley’s a cappella solos ... leave an indelible mark on the memory….“Steal Away” [is] presented in a hypnotic arrangement by Patrick Quigley.” Read the full BBC Music Magazine review below.
