Julian Perkins To Conduct Special “Two Bachs” Program For Portland Baroque Orchestra

 
 

Julian Perkins will lead Portland Baroque Orchestra in their upcoming special presentation Father vs. Son: Two Bachs & Two Harpsichords. Perkins will conduct from behind the harpsichord for a program that features works by both Johann Sebastian Bach and his son, Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach. The event, which will take place at the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Portland Oregon on November 15th and 17th, will also feature works by Jean-Baptiste Lully and Georg Philipp Telemann.
