Boston Modern Orchestra Project has announced their latest release, Anthony Davis’ X: The Life and Times of Malcom X, the first release in their new series, As Told By: History, Race and Justice on the Opera Stage. It was recorded on stage at Dorchester’s historic Strand Theatre, and features bass-baritone Davóne Tines in the lead role as Malcom X.
