Nicholas McGegan recently conducted a production of Handel’s Messiah for the the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, as captured in a series of new images taken by photographer Jonathan Kirn. McGegan recently gave interviews with Milwaukee Mag and Wisconsin Public Radio about his approach to conducting the material. The performance, which took place at Milwaukee’s Bradley Symphony Center, also featured vocalists soprano Sherezade Panthaki, tenor Thomas Cooley and bass-baritone Enrico Lagasca.
