Julian Perkins to Conduct “Hidden Women of Rome” For Portland Baroque Orchestra

 
 

Conductor Julian Perkins will lead the Portland Baroque Orchestra from the harpsichord in Hidden Women of Rome: Lost Music of Sacred Divas, a program featuring works by Scarlatti, Alessandro Melani, Pasquini, and Corelli. The program will be performed March 14 and 15 at the Sanctuary Hall at First Congregational in Portland, Oregon and will feature contralto Sara Couden as one of the featured soloists.
