In honor of Nicholas McGegan’s 75th birthday, a new documentary Passion: a Celebration of Music and Community about the conductor will premiere in Berkeley, California on November 13th, 2025. Speaking with San Francisco Classical Voice, McGegan explained “The project was centered around the rehearsals and performance with the Cantata Collective in Berkeley last March but ranges further afield looking back to my early life in the U.K”.
