Richard Pittsinger to Perform Rare Handel Work With Oratorio Society of New York

 
 

On Monday, May 11th, tenor Richard Pittsinger will be a featured singer with the Oratorio Society of New York for their performance of Alexander’s Feast by G.F. Handel at Carnegie Hall. This rarely performed ode to Alexander the Great was last performed by the OSNY ensemble in 1878 and has only been performed at the legendary Carnegie Hall in its entirety once before, nearly 70 years ago.
