Soprano Sherezade Panthaki and countertenor Nicholas Burns will be featured performers at the 2026 Toronto Bach Festival, which runs from Friday, May 22nd to Sunday, May 24th. On Saturday, May 23rd, Panthaki and Burns will perform Bach's great secular cantata Hercules at the Crossroads in two separate performances. On Sunday, they will feature in the festival closer, a performance of several Bach cantatas, beginning with Gelobet seist du, Jesu Christ, BWV 91.
