A new review from Barczablog praised baritone Jonathon Adams for his “striking” role as Jesus in the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir’s recent performance of Johann Sebastian Bach’s St. Matthew Passion at Koerner Hall at Toronto’s Royal Conservatory of Music. The review also mentioned soprano Sherezade Panthaki amongst the list of “excellent” soloists who performed with the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir and the TMC Baroque Orchestra.
